I accept returns for store credit via e-gift code or exchanges only if that item is still in stock. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors (perfume, smoke), animal hair, and/or make-up and you must send me an email to within 7 days of purchase. If your item is a pre-order item, then it is 7 days from delivery date, of it is a Porch pick-up it is 7 days from the day I notify you it is ready for pick-up.  I will reply with details on next steps once I receive that email.  If you are sending back via mail-it must be in the mail within 3 days of my reply.  You must mail your exchange item back within ONE week of receiving it.


Items that are FINAL SALE include: anything that is on sale 20% off more, accessories, jewelry, or any free gifts. You are responsible for all return shipping costs on any return unless it as an error on my end. All shipments must be returned in weatherproof packaging to ensure they can be resold. If they arrive damaged from shipping in a paper package, they are not returnable 


Upon receiving your new items, try them on, make sure they fit, take some selfies- basically verify you LOVE your items! If you think you have received a defective item, Contact me via email at within 7 days of receiving your order. I do my absolute best to ensure that every item shipped is free from defects. However, in the instance that this happens, it will be handled on a case by case basis. If you were sent and incorrect item or there are items missing, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order so I can get that mishap sorted out.


I am NOT responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packaging, or improper washing. Please also make sure you remove tags with a scissor vs ripping them out- as that may cause a hole to your garment and deem it not returnable.


Please follow the same as above- an email must be sent within 7 days of me telling you your order is ready for pickup and I need to respond confirming receipt before you can drop off a package in the bin.  It must be back in the bin within 3 days of my reply. Please make sure items are in a SEALED weatherproof as it is outside, as I am likely not there when it is delivered.


- Items can be returned for store credit or exchange (if that product is still available) 

- In the case of a return you must EMAIL Mallory @ within 7 days of receiving your order. Facebook messages are not email and are extremely hard for me to track- again you MUST EMAIL

- Once I reply with exchange/credit details, the package must be in the mail within 3 days.

- Anything purchased with any form or personalization is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return

- Anything purchased at a discount of 20% or more is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return

- Returned items must be unwashed and unworn free from perfumes, smoke and pet hair.

- ND TOUGH gear is not responsible for packages lost by the post office.  If they show as delivered, you will need to initiate a claim with USPS, PRIOR to contacting us.  They have exact GPS locations on their drops, and 9/10 times they delivered to the wrong address.

- SHIPPING is non- refundable, unless there was a mistake on my end.

- Items can take up to 3 days to be processed once received. I will contact you when I receive it and provide the exchange details.

-   Holiday items such as 4th of July, St. Patrick's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc are considered final sale as they are seasonal.
